Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused Hotel Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in one of India's most vibrant cities.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Oversee daily operations of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
- Implement and maintain high standards of service quality and cleanliness throughout the property
- Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, corporate clients, and local businesses
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage crisis situations and resolve complex guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management or related roles, with a proven track record of successDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing large-scale hospitality operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholdersStrong financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue managementLuxury and Lifestyle backgoundIn-depth knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and general management practicesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategiesKnowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the hospitality industryFamiliarity with local hospitality regulations and cultural norms in Mumbai and IndiaMultilingual skills, with fluency in English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plusFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredInnovative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving continuous improvementAdditional Information
