Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a House Manager within the hotel management domain. The role is based in Mumbai. The House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of house staff and services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, managing client interactions, and maintaining service quality to meet organizational standards. Additional responsibilities may include staff training and coordination with other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage teams
Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and staff
Experience or competence in Training and coaching team members
Focus on Customer Satisfaction and service quality
Basic Cooking knowledge or familiarity can be a valuable asset
Organizational and problem-solving skills are highly desirable
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality management is advantageous
