NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air / ground launched stand-off autonomous system.We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales professional to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and support strategic partnerships in the defence and aerospace ecosystem. The role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with government / defence stakeholders, preparing proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development & Sales- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with defence, aerospace, and government stakeholders.- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Client Engagement & Relationship Management- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers in defence PSUs, armed forces, and relevant ministries.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed.Proposals & Bidding- Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFPs, and tender submissions.- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into solutions.Strategic Growth- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape business strategy.- Support in forging partnerships, MoUs, and joint ventures with domestic and global defence companies.- Represent NewSpace at defence expos, conferences, and industry forums.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Management; MBA or equivalent preferred.- 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key
