Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly order / shipments targets and quarterly opportunity pipeline goals.
- Drive sales growth across industry verticals and increase market share in assigned territory.
- Promote value selling and value communication at key accounts.
- Implement price increases across products and customers to improve margins.
- Develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive account plans to achieve annual targets.
- Meet weekly customer visit and opportunity creation targets.
- Maximize face-to-face engagement with customers to nurture opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate product / technology solutions.Prepare and submit timely technical and commercial proposals.Follow up with customers to close orders successfully.Nurture opportunities generated directly or through channel partners to maximize win rate and price realization.Coordination & Reporting
Maintain all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, CRM updates).Coordinate with supply chain, service, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends; report to leadership.Monitor and analyze competitor activities in the territory.Ensure compliance with process discipline and Veralto Enterprise System tools.Industry Coverage
Serve diverse industries including Power, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Chemicals, Automotive, Government Research, Academics, OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators, and Technical Consultants.Skills Required
