Manager - Learning & Development Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective L&D programs, managing the L&D calendar, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing the use of various learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop comprehensive L&D courses and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Create and manage the annual L&D calendar, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical directors and community managers / RMG, to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors to deliver specialized training programs.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of learning platforms and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve training offerings.
- Provide upskilling opportunities and design LMS and other learning technologies to support ongoing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
