About the Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will engage with customers in both Bengali and English, providing them with the necessary support and information.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Bengali and English language
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

Required Skills

Proficiency in Bengali and English, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills

Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
