We are building a pioneering cultural institution that prioritizes impact over profit and strengthens photography as a medium of artistic and social expression.

About the Role

We are seeking a Programs Lead – Founding Role to design, plan, and execute ZiiP’s diverse cultural programs. From exhibitions and artist talks to residencies and community collaborations, you will lead projects end-to-end—balancing creativity with operational excellence. This is a hands-on role to start with, but as the Foundation grows, you will also hire and lead a dedicated team.

Key areas of responsibility include :

• Designing and implementing cultural programs aligned with ZiiP’s mission.
• Managing logistics, vendors, and budgets for events and initiatives.
• Coordinating with artists, collaborators, and participants.
• Documenting and evaluating programs for transparency and improvement.
• Contributing to ZiiP’s long-term global strategy.
