Our mission is to foster creativity, innovation, cultural exchange, and education through exhibitions, residencies, workshops, and publications. We are building a pioneering cultural institution that prioritizes impact over profit and strengthens photography as a medium of artistic and social expression.

About the Role

We are seeking a Programs Lead – Founding Role to design, plan, and execute ZiiP’s diverse cultural programs. From exhibitions and artist talks to residencies and community collaborations, you will lead projects end-to-end—balancing creativity with operational excellence. This is a hands-on role to start with, but as the Foundation grows, you will also hire and lead a dedicated team.

Key areas of responsibility include :

Designing and implementing cultural programs aligned with ZiiP’s mission.
Managing logistics, vendors, and budgets for events and initiatives.
Coordinating with artists, collaborators, and participants.
Documenting and evaluating programs for transparency and improvement.
Contributing to ZiiP’s long-term global strategy.

Who we’re looking for :

6–8 years of experience in program or event management (arts, culture, or non-profit preferred).

Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.

Passion for arts, photography, and mission-driven work.
