We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented MEP Project Manager (Civil & Execution) to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works integrated with civil execution on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within time, quality, and cost parameters while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of MEP and Civil execution works on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory codes.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and material procurement.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reports for management.
• Resolve site-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
