MEP Project Manager - Civil & Execution

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented

MEP Project Manager (Civil & Execution)

to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) works integrated with civil execution on large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within time, quality, and cost parameters while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of

MEP and Civil execution

works on-site.

Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.

Ensure compliance with

safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory codes .

Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and project documents.

Manage budgets, cost control, and material procurement.

Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reports for management.

Resolve site-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in

Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

(Master’s preferred).

7–12 years

of proven experience in

MEP & Civil Execution projects .

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil construction methods, and project management tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under strict deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
