Qualifications and Skills :

• Experience : Proven background working with MEP design consultants is mandatory.
• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Professional Background : Minimum of 10+ years of experience in MEP design and project management, ideally within the luxury real estate sector.
• Knowledge Base : In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices pertinent to the luxury real estate market in Mumbai.
• Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional skills in leadership, stakeholder management, and fostering collaborative efforts across various disciplines.
