Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and proficiency in developing sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Project coordination and excellent customer service abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the event management or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
