Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-driven HR – L&D Manager to set up and lead the learning and development function at Elevate. This is a new role with high impact, where you will be responsible for building structured training programs, handling employee inductions, and enabling skill development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execute Training Programs : Build induction, onboarding, and training modules for frontline staff and managers.
• Employee Onboarding : Ensure smooth cultural and operational integration for new hires.
• Learning & Development : Create and deliver upskilling programs for employees across functions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create learning solutions.
• Performance Enablement : Track training effectiveness, employee performance improvements, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• People Engagement : Build trust and rapport with employees across levels, from frontline staff to senior management.
• Travel Support : Visit different properties / locations when required to conduct training and support L&D initiatives.
