Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs across all hotel functions.
Program Design & Delivery :
Develop and deliver engaging training programs including Orientation, Guest Service Excellence, Cultural Awareness, Emotional Engagement, and Compliance.
Learning Calendar Management :
Create and manage monthly training schedules and internal learning events.
Performance Evaluation :
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Employee Engagement :
Support initiatives that enhance employee morale, motivation, and retention.
Compliance & Records :
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and employee development plans.
Trainer Coordination :
Identify and coordinate internal and external trainers or facilitators.
Brand & Quality Alignment :
Ensure training programs align with hotel brand standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR or L&D, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
