Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end-users in an enterprise environment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field1-6 years of experience in desktop supportKnowledge of Windows operating systemsExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Active Directory and Exchange ServerKnowledge of networking conceptsSkills Required
