2. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
3.Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting at desktop level
4. Knowledge of installing the Microsoft security patches, Antivirus Patches etc.
5. Provide installation, configuration, and support of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
6. Perform routine updates of desktop hardware and software
7. Rebuild, configure, and repair desktop equipment as needed
