Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Pune. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customer queries. The role will also involve communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, while striving to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Strong Sales skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in telesales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
