Job descriptionManage counter sales with professionalism, ensuring seamless customer service and satisfaction. Provide prompt, courteous, and informed assistance to all customers, addressing queries and offering complete product / service details. Maintain updated customer feedback records in the system. Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records. Initiate and support small-scale marketing and promotional activities. Organize and execute customer engagement programs and events. Drive new customer acquisition and reactivate dormant customer accounts. Understand customer preferences to align product offerings and support effective stock management. Education : 12th / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate Experience : 2 to 6 years, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry industry Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills

CTC - Upto Rs. 28000 to Rs. 29000 Gross (depending on years of exp) + Incentive + Medical Insurance.
