We are hiring Presales Executive for a reputed developer leading in Luxury Residential projects across Pune.
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Objective :
Be responsible and drive the Pre-Sales Strategy to achieve maximum site visits by managing inbound and outbound calls
KEY Position Responsibilities
- Deliver an efficient sales pitch through inbound and outbound calls and generate maximum site visits.
- To qualify leads as per the pre-defined parameters
- Educate customers on the current projects and book appointments for site visits and Aggressively and timely follow-up with prospective customers
- Effective and consistent use of lead management system
- Ensure adherence to call quality feedback from presales manager
- To achieve pre-defined daily TAT (inbound / outbound) as agreed with Pre Sales Manager
- To maintain pre-defined lead to site visit conversion target
- Cross sell as and when suitable for enquiries - inbound and outbound
- Ensure all relevant information captured in interaction with prospect customers to enable further strategy on follow up.
- Well aware of brand and usage of relevant collaterals for all leads
