Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Supervisor at TLC Engineering Solution. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. The Supervisor will also be tasked with coordinating between different departments, providing guidance and support to team members, and reporting to senior management on progress and any issues encountered.
