Corporate Counsel-Real Estate

We are partnering with our client to identify a mid-level legal professional for their Corporate Counsel team , focusing primarily on real estate and property law . The role offers end-to-end exposure to property transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance , along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions.

📍 Location : Dadar, Mumbai

💼 Experience : 4–10 years (LLB mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate Leave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs , and title documents.
• Manage property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals , including due diligence and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with RERA , municipal, and development authority regulations.
• Liaise with external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities .
• Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence , including title verification and encumbrance checks.
• Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases .
