About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be a Senior Full Stack Developer with a focus on Front-End Creative Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for building highly dynamic, interactive, and visually compelling web experiences that tell our client's stories. If you are passionate and hyper-detailed about crafting everything from scroll-driven narratives and data visualizations, and have a proven track record of bringing complex creative visions to life with clean, performant code, we want to hear from you. You will an essential collaborator with the rest of our technical team, plus our UX and visual designers, our copywriters, and our content creators.

The ideal candidate will be a master of the front-end and back-end stacks, with an advanced understanding of modern web standards and animation techniques. You will work closely with our design, content, and marketing teams to transform static storyboards and data sets into engaging, interactive journeys for our audience.

About You

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Developer or in a similar role
• Expert-level proficiency in vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Extensive experience with modern animation libraries and techniques (e.g., GSAP, ScrollTrigger, CSS animations, WebGL)
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Strong portfolio showcasing dynamic, interactive, and visually rich web projects
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
