Products you build will shape how the best talent in the country grows in their careers. Tech is a core function inside GrowthX. Tech works across 3 verticals, some of the products that you'll be working on :

Learning experience : An immersive learning experience that combines the intuitive interface of Netflix with a smart, YouTube-like recommendation engine. Develop a robust video platform optimized for streaming, storage, and playback. Tackle video processing challenges with tools like FFmpeg and deliver high-quality user experiences with CDN integration.

Custom Collaborative Editor : We're crafting a powerful editor like Notion, featuring live collaboration powered by WebSockets and AI-driven feedback mechanisms using OpenAI's GPT APIs. Built with TypeScript and ProseMirror, you'll address challenges in real-time collaboration, conflict resolution with CRDTs, and integrating AI feedback to enhance productivity and teamwork.

Personalized Website Builder : We're providing our members with a seamless website builder using React and Next.js to showcase their portfolios, schedule meetings, and more—all in one place. You'll work on integrating multiple functionalities, ensuring a smooth user experience, and handling complex scheduling integrations.

Exclusive Social Platform : A dedicated space for our community featuring personalized content feeds, Slack-style messaging, interactive job boards, and company profiles.

Integrated Events Platform : Organize and participate in online and offline events with a system akin to BookMyShow but tailored for our community.

Dynamic Segmentation : Upgrade our user segmentation services, utilizing tools like LaunchDarkly or custom-built solutions. Enable strategic feature rollouts and personalize user experiences based on data-driven insights.

Leveraging AI for Evaluations : Design and build a self-evaluation system that leverages GPT to assess assignments and provide detailed feedback. This involves integrating GPT for analyzing submissions, generating insightful feedback, and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Creating a Refined Feature Flagging and Segmentation Service : Work on a sophisticated system for feature flagging and user segmentation that enables dynamic customization of user experiences. This will involve designing a flexible backend that supports rolling out new features selectively and gathering insights on user interactions to drive targeted improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology.
• Good experience in working with any of the programming languages like Java, Python, Django, Golang, C++, PHP.
• Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
• Great understanding of REST APIs and the web in general.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion.
• A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product.
• Have a few weekend side projects up on GitHub.
• Have worked at a product company.
