The PPC Executive will be responsible for managing daily PPC activities across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display Networks. You will handle end-to-end campaign tasks including keyword selection, ad creation, bid management, and reviewing analytics dashboards. The role requires a strong understanding of PPC tools, reporting methods, and optimization techniques. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with numbers, analyzing trends, and making data-backed decisions to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid marketing platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities.
- Create ad copies, set up targeting options, and configure bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaigns daily to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
- Perform A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
- Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate tracking through UTM parameters, tags, and conversion goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities across Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
- Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, ad disapprovals, or platform errors.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align PPC efforts with overall strategy.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management and performance marketing.Strong knowledge of Google Ads , Google Analytics, keyword tools, and audience targeting.Ability to understand and interpret performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.Good analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and consistently meet performance targets.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling reporting and documentation.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Passion for digital marketing and willingness to stay updated with market trends and tools.
