Job Title : Public Relations (PR) Executive – Operations & Client Coordination

Location : Indore (In-office, Full-Time)

Experience Required : 2–5 years

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PR Executive with hands-on experience in PR operations and client coordination . The ideal candidate should be capable of managing client accounts, coordinating assignments, and ensuring the smooth execution of media-related activities. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily PR operations and manage multiple client assignments
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
  • Build and sustain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, client communication material, and event reports
  • Track and analyze media coverage, and prepare performance reports for clients
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of PR campaigns and communication tasks
  • Support senior management in client servicing, campaign strategy, and project follow-ups

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in PR operations, client servicing, or media coordination
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of media trends, PR tools, and client servicing processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and media monitoring tools
