Performance Tester

Mandatory :

Bachelor degree except Engg (2 + year’s experience )

B.E – (1+ year’s experience)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using

JMeter

or similar tools.

Analyze test results to pinpoint performance issues and work with development teams to find solutions.

Monitor application and system performance during tests and in production environments.

Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including functional and regression testing.

Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Engineering degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

0.10-3 years of experience in software testing.

A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in performance testing.

Proven practical experience in scripting with

JMeter

or similar tools.

Strong understanding of core performance testing concepts.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a

banking customer

or in the financial services sector.

Familiarity with other performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.

Experience with automated testing and CI / CD pipelines.
