Performance Tester

Description and Requirements :

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance / load testing.

Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (NeoLoad, or equivalent).

Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

Experience in scripting and automation.

Strong skills in monitoring and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, etc.).

Ability to analyze CPU, memory, thread, and database performance metrics.

Experience in Agile / Scrum environments and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Job Description :

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
