Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Performance Tester

with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, particularly using

Apache JMeter . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications under load.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using

JMeter .

Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across various applications and environments.

Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar APM solutions.

Prepare detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning activities.

Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in performance testing, with strong expertise in

Apache JMeter .

Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and KPIs.

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic).

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integrating performance tests into automated workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell).

Exposure to other performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Gatling, or BlazeMeter.
