Performance + Automation Test Lead

Role :

Lead QA (LQA) – Automation & Performance Testing

Experience :

8+ years of overall, min 3.5 to 5 years into Automation & Performance testing

Availability to join :

1 week to 15 days

Tech Skills : Over

8 years of total experience in software testing , with a strong focus on

automation as well as performance testing

for the past

3.5 to 5 years .

Proven ability to

lead and mentor QA teams

in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.

Use tools like

JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.

Hands-on expertise in

Selenium

with

C# or Java , working knowledge of

BDD frameworks

such as

Cucumber , and experience with tools like

TestNG ,

Jenkins ,

GitHub , and

CI / CD pipelines .

Proficient in at least one

programming language , such as

C# ,

Java , or

Python .

Experienced in designing and executing

performance test plans

to assess system

scalability, reliability, and responsiveness

using appropriate performance testing tools.

Skilled in

monitoring and reporting QA metrics , including

test coverage, defect trends , and overall quality indicators.

Familiar with

Agile, Scrum or any other methodologies , actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.

Banking domain experience

is a plus, good to have. (Optional)

Strong experience in

stakeholder communication ,

team leadership , and

conflict resolution .

Excellent

communication skills , confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
