Job Title : Recruiter cum Lead Generation Specialist - (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter cum Lead Generation Specialist in our dynamic team.

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Shift Time : 5 : 30 PM to 02 : 30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation :
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for RPO services.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and qualify prospective clients.
• Utilize various tools and platforms, including , CRM systems, and email marketing, to generate leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and tailored presentations for potential clients.
• Recruitment
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of techniques, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates and job orders.
• Qualifications :
• 1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, lead generation, business development or sales , preferably within an RPO or staffing environment. ( Freshers Welcome )
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, , and other tools.
