Job description

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Achieve and Exceed targets set for Number and Value of Gold Loans
Primary contact for gold loan customers- pitching product to them, explain all details about product, collect required documents.
Coordinate with Branch team ADO, BM, CRM, CCR, CROs, LOs and external members - BCs, DSAs leads etc.
Resolve all field level queries of customer related to Gold Loan and manage regular collections.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly achievement of the targets set for gold loan, both in volume and value terms as established for the branch
