are seeking a highly driven Corporate Sales Manager to own the entire sales and relationship lifecycle of our corporate partnerships. This role is focused on the institutional sale and implementation of our financial wellness products as a core employee benefit. You must possess a unique blend of B2B2C sales expertise and strategic relationship management skills, serving as the primary commercial face to senior stakeholders within large Responsibilities & Acquisition & Onboarding :
- Acquisition : Identify, target, reach out to, and onboard new corporate accounts (clients) for our employee benefits program.
- Consultative Pitching : Effectively pitch our comprehensive suite of financial wellness products as an integral, value-add part of the client's existing employee benefits structure.
- Entry Points : Successfully establish strong relationships and build influence with key senior stakeholders across HR, Administration, Rewards, and Finance to secure deals.
Strategic Relationship & Account Management :
Primary Contact : Act as the primary commercial point of contact for corporate clients post-sale, ensuring an exceptional client experience.Engagement Strategy : Build and execute tailored, long-term engagement plans designed to maximize partnership value and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Referral Generation : Ensure client satisfaction consistently leads to repeat engagement and securing valuable Engagement & Activation (Sales Enablement) :Campaign Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal marketing and product teams to design and support effective employee engagement and adoption campaigns.User Activation : Conduct impactful sales-driving activities, including in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and financial wellness events, focused on educating employees and driving product activation rates within corporate accounts.Metrics Oversight : Monitor and optimize adoption and activation metrics across all assigned accounts to demonstrate ongoing value to the client.Revenue & Growth Ownership :
