Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven candidate to lead our BD initiatives and expand our market presence in India.

This role will focus on developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, solution selling, and business development.

Expect the candidate to be able to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary transformation and change programmes in Financial Services / Capital Markets, manage cross functional teams, manage a Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
