Role & Responsibilities :

Pre-IPO & IPO Readiness :

• Conduct secondary research on industry trends, competition, and macroeconomic factors to support DRHP and fundraising documentation.
• Perform valuation analysis and peer benchmarking against new-age tech and sectoral peers.
• Prepare investor pitch decks, briefing notes, and responses to investor queries.
• Support financial modeling for strategic decisions, including due diligence on potential M&A Draft quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare Q&A, scripts, and briefing notes for management ahead of earnings calls and analyst interactions.
• Track analyst coverage, maintain investor database, and compile shareholder feedback.
• Monitor peer and industry reports for insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR norms in collaboration with the Company Secretary & Finance teams.
