About the Role

We’re launching PW Disha Mentorship — a 1 : 1 guidance platform for NEET & JEE aspirants — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day processes and ensure smooth execution across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities are aligned with demand.

Conduct daily audits of calls and processes to maintain smooth execution and adherence to guidelines.

Monitor daily demand and plan resources / supply accordingly.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for high-demand hours.

Maintain a rating of 4.8+ for overall sessions on a monthly basis.

Track operational metrics and use insights to improve efficiency and quality.

Coordinate between mentors, students, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements for consistent service delivery.

You Should Have

5+ years of experience in the EdTech domain, preferably in an operations role.

Advanced skills in Google Sheets and data analytics.

Experience in operations within expert services is a plus.
