Job Summary :
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role involves leading and motivating the sales team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with the brand’s image and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordination with warehouse and suppliers.
Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.
Monitor sales trends and prepare performance reports.
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to meet operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management or business.
8-12 years of experience in retail, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage team performance.
Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
