Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing store inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and leading store staff to achieve sales goals. The Store Manager will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the retail industry is beneficial
