Dispatch Associate (URGENT HIRING)

Whiz Delivery is a Canadian last-mile delivery company operating in Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec. We take pride in handling every order with speed, precision, and care. As our business grows, we are seeking a  Dispatch Associate to join us immediately , helping us maintain efficiency, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their role.

If you are proactive, resourceful, capable of working under minimal supervision, and have good presence of mind , this role could be your next big step. What You’ll Do

Pickup Coordination

• Coordinate daily pickups to ensure they run on time and without issues.
• Track order volumes, schedule drivers, and plan efficient routes.
• Assign vehicles and follow up to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Liaise with truck rental partners when vehicles are required or issues arise.
• Monitor drivers in real time and take quick initiative to resolve delays or incidents independently.
