Job Summary
As a Leadership Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting senior executives and high-impact leaders for Consumer & Operations functions. You will also manage the full recruitment lifecycle from Analyst to Executive Director, delivering strategic talent solutions that shape the future of our organization.
Your focus will be on experienced and leadership hiring, including ongoing candidate development, market mapping, and succession planning for critical leadership positions. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing consultative guidance and thought leadership on executive search strategies, competitive intelligence, and confidential projects. Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior managers and executive candidates will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive recruitment for senior leadership roles, from direct sourcing to successful placement.
- Manage hiring from Analyst to Vice President level in addition to leadership hiring.
- Conduct strategic intake sessions with hiring leaders, advising on best practices for leadership hiring, recruitment processes, and compliance.
- Evaluate, interview, and present high-caliber leadership candidates, continuously refining search strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, influencing senior decision-makers and managing expectations throughout the executive hiring process.
- Educate candidates on career advancement, executive compensation, and the unique value proposition of joining our leadership team.
- Develop and implement diversity hiring strategies for leadership roles, ensuring a robust and diverse executive talent pipeline.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor insights to inform leadership hiring decisions.
