Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager Corporate Strategy & Innovation to lead internal and external innovation efforts, drive a culture of innovation across the organization, and support strategic diversification initiatives. This role will be pivotal in managing our global innovation portfolio, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the company's future through emerging technologies and new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Innovation Culture & Ecosystem Engagement :
• Foster and embed a culture of innovation across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, accelerators, VCs, academia, and other external innovation partners.
• Build innovative horizon 2 / 3 solutions to emerging / futuristic customer needs. Drive co-creation with startups, tech ecosystem and customers that enable digital transformation for Enterprises and add future ready capabilities to TC platforms and services.
• Facilitate internal innovation programs, ideation challenges, and innovation workshops.
• Global Innovation Portfolio Management :
• Manage a global portfolio of innovation initiatives, pilots, and partnerships.
• Work in emerging technologies like Gen AI, BC, AR / VR, Drones, computer vision, digital twins etc.
• Identify and scale successful pilots across business units and geographies
