We are seeking an Innovation Analyst to support our product and strategy teams. This role will focus on researching emerging technologies, identifying innovation opportunities, and evaluating new use cases for AI-driven enterprise solutions.

Role Overview

As an Innovation Analyst, you will be responsible for scanning market trends, analyzing new technologies, and supporting innovation initiatives that align with Scry AI’s product vision. You will contribute to building business cases, evaluating pilots, and ensuring that innovation efforts are tied to measurable value for BFSI and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Technology Research

Track emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation, data intelligence) relevant to BFSI and enterprise operations.

Benchmark competitors and analyze innovation trends in the enterprise AI ecosystem.

Prepare reports on regulatory changes, market opportunities, and potential disruptors.

Innovation Pipeline Development

Identify new use cases for Scry AI platforms (Collatio®, Auriga®, Concentio®).

Support ideation sessions, workshops, and brainstorming with internal teams.

Assist in evaluating proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects.

Business & Product Alignment

Work with product managers to translate innovation opportunities into feature proposals.

Build light business cases for new initiatives, including ROI, risk, and adoption potential.

Support product marketing with insights on future trends and positioning.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Document innovation frameworks, findings, and research insights.

Share knowledge through internal presentations, newsletters, or reports.

Engage with external partners, startups, and ecosystem players to explore collaboration opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in business analysis, technology research, or innovation roles.

Strong analytical and research skills with exposure to BFSI, SaaS, or enterprise tech.

Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools for reporting insights.

Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for emerging technologies.
