Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite internship role located in Saket. As a Human Resource Intern, you will assist with HR management and HR policy development, manage employee benefits, and support personnel management. You will play a key role in helping to maintain HR practices and ensuring effective communication within the company.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
