Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions and business units.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Support in employer branding, campus engagement activities, and onboarding initiatives.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
