Job descriptionAssist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and documentation for new hires. Help manage employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR records and databases. Contribute to HR policies, compliance, and reporting. Coordinate with hiring managers and support day-to-day HR operations. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Psychology / related field. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Practical HR experience in a fast-growing SaaS company. Exposure to startup culture and leadership teams. Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation. Stipend based on performance + chance of full-time role.
