Inside Sales Specialist

who can turn conversations into conversions and relationships into revenue.

What You’ll Do

Hunt for new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn — your toolkit for meeting awesome clients.

Understand client pain points and pitch customized solutions from our digital and SaaS product range.

Build genuine relationships with decision-makers across startups, agencies, and enterprises.

Present proposals and product demos that make clients say, “Let’s do it.”

Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to turn leads into happy customers.

Keep the CRM updated and sales reports sharp — organization is your silent superpower.

Chase (and crush) monthly and quarterly sales targets with confidence and creativity.

What You Bring

3–5 years of proven inside sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or software sales.

Amazing communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

A knack for understanding products, asking the right questions, and connecting customer needs with solutions.

Confidence in giving demos, building rapport online, and closing deals remotely.

A self-starter attitude, hungry to grow, learn, and make an impact.

Bonus Points If You

Know your way around CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Have experience selling SaaS products like HRMS, ERP, or LMS.

Speak more than three languages (the world is your market!).
