Clover Infotech is looking at Service Transition Manager in Mumbai

Working Mode - Work from office only

Domain - BFSI preferred.

Technical - Infrastructure or Application Management

Flexible - Needs to travel for 2- 3 months based on requirement as and when new projects are getting transitioned.

Role in brief

• Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.
• IT service transition managers provide overall planning for service transitions and co-ordinate the required resources.
