Trading Support Officer(Voice)

Location : Padivattom, Edappally, Ernakulam

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification : Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience : Minimum 2 years of stock market trading experience

Communication : Excellent English communication is required

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to trading platforms, order placement, margin requirements, and basic market operations
• Provide prompt, accurate support via calls and chats
• Address doubts regarding executed trades, order status, and platform navigation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams when required for escalations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses
