Experience : Minimum 2 years of stock market trading experience

Communication : Excellent English communication is required

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to trading platforms order placement margin requirements and basic market operations
• Provide prompt accurate support via calls and chats
• Address doubts regarding executed trades order status and platform navigation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions follow-ups and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams when required for escalations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses
