The approx. upper range of CTC is Rs. 7 - 8 L PA (may be slightly negotiable , subject to discussion)
Key responsibilities :
Talent acquisition and onboarding
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining formalities for corporate, plant, and field roles; drive campus and hiring drives as needed.
Run structured induction, documentation, background checks, and 30 / 60 / 90-day settling-in plans.
Performance and talent management
Administer PMS cycles, mid-year reviews, goal-setting, and PIP tracking with fair and consistent execution.
Capture training needs; coordinate technical, safety, and behavioural training calendars.
Payroll, HRMS, and employee services
Coordinate accurate monthly payroll inputs with Finance; manage benefits, attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and separations on HRMS.
Maintain complete, error-free employee records and HR documentation.
Engagement, welfare, and ER
Execute engagement and welfare plans to support culture, retention, and productivity; act as a point of contact for grievance redressal and policy clarifications.
Plan periodic engagement activities with site inclusion, measure participation and impact.
Compliance and audits
Ensure adherence to labor laws and social security (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages), maintain statutory registers and SOPs, and coordinate internal / external audits.
Keep audit-ready HR files and trackers updated.
Administration and infra management
Oversee facilities, housekeeping, transport, security, visitor management, pantry, and workplace safety across offices and sites.
Manage vendor identification, contracting, SLAs, and cost controls for admin services and minor civil / electrical works; raise and track service requests and AMC schedules.
Site and project support (biogas / CBG context)
Support project sites with timely manpower onboarding, statutory compliance readiness, PPE issuance, muster / attendance integrity, and O&M shift rosters.
Coordinate safety trainings and audits aligned with operations in biogas plants and waste-to-energy environments.
Data, dashboards, and SOPs
Maintain HR and admin MIS : headcount, open positions, payroll accuracy, leave balances, training hours, engagement score, vendor SLAs, and audit status.
Draft and update HR / Admin SOPs, circulate policy updates, and ensure adoption through communication and checklists.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy : Error-free employee records, payroll inputs, and documentation.
Timeliness : SLA adherence for HR requests, hiring TAT, onboarding completion, and ticket closures.
Engagement and training : Activities executed per plan, participation rates, and training hours delivered.
Admin / infra efficacy : Response and resolution time to facility issues, vendor SLA compliance, and cost adherence.
Compliance : Zero critical non-conformities in audits; on-time filings and registers.
Skills and competencies
Technical : HRMS / HRIS and payroll tools; ATS usage for recruitment; vendor management and contract basics; advanced MS Office.
Behavioural : Execution focus, collaboration, responsiveness, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and high ownership.
Domain alignment : Comfort working with multi-entity structures and plant / site operations in renewable energy / biogas contexts.
Qualifications and experience
Education : MBA in HR preferred; BBA with HR specialisation or relevant graduation acceptable.
Experience : 5–8 years in HR, Administration, and compliance; exposure to multi-entity / group and site operations preferred.
