We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support team operations, and ensure the smooth running of our office environment. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
How you will contribute :
Overseeing the daily operations of office, managing facilities, equipment, and coordinating administrative tasks for the entire team.
Monitor and order office supplies, and ensure office equipment and the general office environment are functional and clean.
Overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of office facilities.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and other office needs.
Will be responsible to work ERP system to generate PO, Work Order and other documents.
Responsible to manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices by collaborating with the finance department.
Will be responsible to search and close new office as when required. Also look after the renewal of existing lease.
Ideal skills for this role include :
6-8 years of experience in facility management and administration
Education : Graduate or above
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
