What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in
HR & Administration , preferably in
IT / Tech .
Strong knowledge of
Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance .
Excellent
Communication & Interpersonal Skills .
Ability to set up
Scalable Processes
in a growing company.
Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Hands-On Problem Solver.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
